Jack Leroy "Jackie" Wilson, Jr. (June 9, 1934 – January 21, 1984) was an American singer and performer. 
Known as "Mr. Excitement", Wilson was important in the transition of rhythm and blues into soul. 
這位歌手--老實說一點都不熟~囧，不過是看電影"約會喔麥尬"時--聽到的片尾曲，但是曲子非常搭片子的歡樂氣氛，
尤其是描述中年生活無趣的夫妻在一連串的荒謬、緊張要命的事件之後，

OK~話題有點扯遠了，深深被這首歌吸引，也因此查了一下，
才知唱這首歌的傑克．威爾森是美國歌手，是節奏籃調和靈魂樂過渡期的重要歌手，

那天剛好看了HBO的影片Cadillac Records，學到了不少知識，才知道黑人音樂(尤其是藍調)在市場上的能見度是從Chess Records開始， 
開發了許多好手，這些人後來都進了名人堂。 
而有名的搖滾樂團Rolling Stone就是以其中一名有名的歌手Muddy Waters的同名歌曲而命名。 
我是第一次知道，你呢？呵~ 
蠻有趣地，Youtube還可以找到The Rolling Stones的大嘴和Muddy Waters一起演奏的影片。 
另外，因為Chuck Berry的歌曲，無法用藍調來定義，才有了 "搖滾樂" 的新名詞，也打破了種族音樂的疆界。

The rings in "a horse with no name"--America

第一次聽到這首歌是在Stormy Weather Pub裡，配合著當下的氣氛，感覺這音樂選的真好，對著老闆娘Serena直誇音樂選得真好，而出乎我意外，她說你喜歡嗎？等會放完這一片CD，就送給你，
哇！受寵若驚。
第二次注意到這歌是在六人行影集裡，這時才又想起這首歌，也才知道出自於America合唱團。

不過對於第一段歌詞中的rings之翻譯實有不解處。
翻成圓圈，只怕很難想像是什麼樣的景象出現在沙漠裡。

我們哈哈大笑，這讓我想起了Sade的慵懶、優質和溫柔嗓音唱出的《Smooth Operator》，
記得當時(如果沒記錯)，連唱片公司都翻作-溫柔接線生。
這讓我有些...
覺得笑的太早了，那應該翻作什麼好呢？
網路找了一下，果然還是有"高手"，翻的好！
尤其，在細看歌詞後，在來翻歌名，就比較傳達出歌曲本身的涵意。
